Got the engine started taking it apart and when the intake came off the backs of the valves were all rusty and covered in what looked like mud. Bought a JDM Motor from JDM Engine Depot a 5VZFE 3.4L. we stand 100% behind our products and we do everything in our power to assist our customers when thing like this happen.So please learn from my mistakes. as our company policy state we do not cover parts and labor we only cover the unit itself and shipping cost. but this individual wanted the world to be giving to him. we offer the individual a full refund and paying cost the shipping also. the transmission this individual received was the correct transmission according to the year make and model he gave us it so happens that this vehicle was one of the one off where the manufacture change the transmission gearing causing the transmission we sold the individual not to go into gear correctly after hearing of the problem this individual was having we quickly contact our other locations and trusted mechanic we know in the industry about the problem our customer was having that when we found this one off problem out we apologize to the individual for the situation and explain to the individual that thing like this happen from time to time.
